I’ve always loved scallops. I’m so happy it’s easily available here which means I can experiment as much as I want with it.
I was too lazy to make sauce, so I just decided to fry it. I used tempura batter ‘cos it’s the only one we have in the house. Then, I mixed some breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese and salt.
The result was below satisfactory. The dish turned out super bland. I think I should’ve dried it better before I dipped it in the batter. The bread crumbs with parmesan crust turned out yummy though! Anyway, off to the next recipe!
